Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of the Cook Again iPhone app and the Cook Again website. By using Cook Again, you agree to these terms.

App License

Cook Again is distributed through the Apple App Store. Your use of the app is also governed by Apple's App Store terms and the Apple standard licensed application end user license agreement unless a separate agreement applies.

Recipe Generation

Cook Again can help generate editable recipe notes from meal photos and notes you choose to submit. Generated recipe details may be incomplete or incorrect. Review and edit recipes before relying on them, especially for allergens, food safety, cooking times, or dietary needs.

Subscriptions

Cook Again offers auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple in-app purchase. A subscription unlocks recipe generation after the free recipe-generation quota is used. Saved recipes, local meal browsing, and local recommendations remain available without a subscription.

The purchase screen shows the subscription title, length, price, and any introductory trial before purchase. Eligible customers may receive a 14-day free trial. After the trial, or immediately if you are not eligible for the trial, payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm purchase.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID subscription settings. Apple handles billing, cancellation, refunds, and introductory-trial eligibility.

Your Content

You are responsible for the photos, notes, household preferences, and recipe edits you choose to use with Cook Again. Do not submit content that you do not have the right to use.

No Medical Or Nutrition Advice

Cook Again is a meal memory and recipe utility. It does not provide medical, nutrition, allergy, or health advice.

Privacy

The Cook Again Privacy Policy explains how Cook Again handles meal photos, saved meal cards, recipe generation, subscriptions, analytics, former launch waitlist emails, and support contact information.

Changes

These terms may be updated as Cook Again changes. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are made.
